This year's festival brings Wilmington reggae act Spokey Speaky full circle since its first People's Festival performance came in 2007, the last time Ky-Mani Marley headlined. On that year, Spokey Speaky opened the festival. This time around, the act will close the secondary Legend Stage just before Marley's headlining set.”
